How fast will I receive my vignette?+
Most orders are delivered by email within 2 minutes of payment. In rare cases it can take up to 30 minutes.
Is the vignette registered to my license plate?+
Yes. Every vignette is registered directly against the plate you enter at checkout.
Can I change my license plate after ordering?+
You can edit your order details as long as the vignette's start date is more than 24 hours in the future.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Do I need to print anything?+
No. The vignette is fully digital and linked to your license plate — nothing to print or stick on your windshield.
Do you offer refunds?+
Vignettes that have already been activated can't be refunded, but we're happy to help if something went wrong — just contact support.
What does Flex Travel give me?+
Flex Travel can be added at checkout when your start date is more than 24 hours away. With Flex you can change your travel dates or cancel the order free of charge up until 24 hours before the vignette becomes valid, and a cancellation is refunded in full.
What if my vehicle already has a valid vignette?+
If the authority's register shows an active vignette for your plate covering the same period in that country, we cannot register a second one — so we cancel the order and refund you automatically, in full. You'll receive an email with the dates of your existing vignette, and the money is back on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
