What is Flex Travel?
Flex Travel is an optional add-on you can select at checkout. It gives you self-service control over your order until 24 hours before the earliest selected start date. After that the order is locked and the standard terms apply.
What you can do with Flex Travel
Change registration number
Entered the wrong plate or switching cars? Update the registration number as often as you need before the cut-off.
Postpone the start date
Plans changed? Move the start date by up to two months into the future while keeping the same paid duration.
Cancel for a refund
Cancel the whole order and receive a full refund of the vignette price and service fee — the Flex Travel fee itself is non-refundable.

Flex Travel fee
One simple add-on fee per country in your order.

The Flex Travel fee is added once for each country you order a vignette for. For example, if your order includes vignettes for both Czech Republic and Hungary, the fee is added twice — once per country.
You can only add Flex Travel during checkout. It cannot be added to an order after payment has been completed.
When Flex Travel is not available
- Immediate validity: Flex Travel is only available when you select a future start date. If every vignette in your order starts immediately, there is no 24-hour window to make changes, so the add-on is not offered.
- Romanian vignettes: Due to local authority rules, Flex Travel cannot be offered for Romanian vignettes.
- After the cut-off: Once the earliest selected start date is less than 24 hours away, the order is locked and Flex Travel changes are no longer possible.
